The Town has granted a variance to allow for 28 residential units, and Rick Monahan Architects has developed a preliminary framework for these units. Each unit would be a three story townhouse with a single car garage, laundry/utility room, open kitchen and living floor, with bedroom options on the third floor or first. (see drawings). Owners/tenants could choose from a menu of options to design their bedrooms, baths, custom cabinets, storage areas, etc. and would be encouraged to outfit their space to accommodate their needs. In the past this architectural framework approach has lowered costs and proven popular with tenants.
